Shaanxi Hanao Zhijiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in April 2021 with a registered capital of 15.454545 million yuan. The core team comes from a well-known machine tool enterprise and boasts decades of R&D and engineering practical experience in high-end machine tools.

Since its establishment, the company has inherited technologies for metal-cutting machine tools, boring machines, electrical discharge machining and basic functional components. It has focused on the engineering and equipment development of its core technology — electrochemical milling. Through continuous technical research, the company has built a comprehensive product portfolio including vertical five-axis linkage electrochemical milling machining centers, horizontal five-axis linkage electrochemical milling machining centers, multi-axis composite electrochemical milling machine tools and key functional components. It is one of the few enterprises in China that have realized large-scale commercial application of electrochemical milling technology.

In addition, the company recently completed tens of millions of RMB in angel-round financing. This financing round was led by Sinocapital, a well-known domestic investment institution, with Purede Investment as a co-investor. The company currently focuses on the technical route integrating electrochemical milling with five-axis/multi-axis linkage. It addresses the challenges in high-efficiency precision machining of hard-to-cut materials such as special alloys, superalloys, titanium alloys and composite materials. The company fills the gap in domestic high-end special processing equipment and provides process and equipment support for the independent manufacturing of key components including aero-engines and gas turbines.

Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan Hanao Machinery Co., Ltd., has been recognized as a Sichuan Provincial Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Enterprise and a National High-tech Enterprise. Its equipment has been applied in batches in aerospace, gas turbines, new energy, mold and other sectors.
