Shaanxi Han’ao Zhijiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in April 2021, with a registered capital of 15.4545 million yuan. The core team comes from a well-known machine tool enterprise and possesses decades of experience in the research and development of high-end machine tools as well as in related engineering tasks.

From its inception, the company has focused on metal cutting machine tools, boring machines, electrical machining technologies, and various functional components. It has also concentrated on the development of engineering solutions and equipment based on the core electrolytic milling technology. Through continuous technological innovation, it has now developed a comprehensive range of products that includes vertical five-axis electrolytic milling centers, horizontal five-axis electrolytic milling centers, multi-axis composite electrolytic milling machines, as well as various key functional components. This makes it one of the few companies in China capable of implementing electrolytic milling technology on a large scale and turning it into commercial products.

Unaffected by the mechanical properties of materials, it efficiently processes difficult-to-cut materials, with a machining efficiency 3 to 15 times that of cutting with traditional tools.

Electrochemical milling is a non-contact machining process. The absence of cutting forces means users do not need to worry about damage to machine tool precision caused by rough machining. After rough machining via electrochemical milling with machining allowance reserved, cutting tools can be adopted for finish machining. This process causes no material transformation, free of recast layers and microcracks. Both rough and finish machining can be completed on one machine tool in a single clamping setup.

Ordinary emulsified liquid is used as the conductive medium, and the power consumption is comparable to that of an ordinary machining center.

Adopting graphite as electrodes delivers low costs and drastically cuts tool expenses. With processing efficiency boosted by 3 to 15 times, technological upgrading serves as a powerful guarantee for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Leveraging the technical expertise accumulated while working at a large state-owned enterprise, the founding team has participated in key national research initiatives including the Aero Engine and Gas Turbine Special Project, building profound capabilities in electrochemical milling of difficult-to-machine materials such as superalloys and titanium alloys.

Sichuan Hanao took the lead in realizing the industrialization of electrolytic milling and developed horizontal/vertical five-axis equipment. Its processing efficiency is several times higher than that of conventional milling, while costs are reduced to 1/3 to 1/20. Its customers cover key OEMs including Xi'an Aero-Engine Corporation, the Sixth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group, and Dongfang Electric Corporation.

The headquarters will be located in Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province. The company has completed its angel round financing led by Guozhong Capital and established an integrated dual-engine framework featuring "equipment plus key core components". Centering on electrolytic milling machine tools, it will simultaneously advance the manufacturing and service of core components.
