The X-axis is synchronously driven by two servo motors, precision reducers, high-precision gears and racks; all other axes are driven by precision reducers and high-precision ball screw assemblies.
Double-row tapered roller bearings are adopted for centering of the numerical control rotary table, and thrust cylindrical roller bearings are used for load bearing. The drive system is equipped with anti-backlash gearboxes and positioned by high-precision angle encoders.
A patented double-sided hydraulic clamping mechanism is applied.
Accessories such as facing heads, automatically or manually exchangeable right-angle milling heads, universal milling heads and extended right-angle milling heads can be equipped according to user requirements. Numerical control rotary tables of three specifications self-developed by Hanao are also available.
