Dual Independent 5-Axis Swivel Head Composite Architecture, High-Efficiency Special Machining Unit for Electrochemical Milling. Two fully independent vertical and horizontal 5-axis swivel heads are arranged on the left and right, equipped with a mechanical milling spindle and a dedicated electrochemical milling spindle respectively. The two sets of control systems operate without mutual interference. Alternating machining by dual heads greatly shortens the overall machining cycle time.
High-rigidity locking structure exclusive to electrochemical milling swivel heads to ensure long-term high-efficiency electrochemical milling. The B-axis swivel head for electrochemical milling supports ±180° full-range swinging. It adopts servo drive matched with precision transmission pairs and is equipped with a high-torque hydraulic disc spring locking mechanism with a locking torque of 4000 Nm. No swivel head offset occurs during prolonged electrochemical milling, delivering sustained and stable rigidity, suitable for high-efficiency profile forming machining with large material removal volume.
Heavy-load and high-rigidity integral cast iron base applicable to long-duration continuous mass production of electrochemical milling. The bed, column and sliding plate are integrally made of QT-600 high-strength ductile iron. Double artificial aging treatment eliminates internal stress, together with thickened anti-deformation rib structure. The complete machine boasts strong rigidity and excellent vibration absorption capacity, capable of sustaining long-term uninterrupted batch electrochemical milling.
Differentiated power configuration for dual spindles to balance cutting and composite high-efficiency electrochemical machining processes. The mechanical milling spindle realizes high-speed finish milling at 12,000 rpm and high-torque rough milling with a rated power of 55 kW. The electrochemical milling spindle is independently fitted with a dedicated filtration and cooling circulation system that provides large-flow dedicated cooling flushing. It can efficiently complete electrochemical erosion of hard-to-machine materials such as high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys, eliminating multiple machining procedures and improving overall processing efficiency.
40-station independent horizontal tool magazine enables automated milling processes and eliminates tool change waiting for electrochemical milling. The machine is equipped with a large-capacity 40-station horizontal tool magazine. Automatic tool change for the mechanical milling spindle takes merely 9.5 seconds. The electrochemical milling spindle is excluded from the tool magazine tool change process, cutting waiting time for tool replacement and raising the processing efficiency of the entire production line.
Integrated dedicated cooling, filtration and chip removal system for electrochemical milling to support 24-hour continuous high-efficiency production. The equipment is fitted with an independent large-capacity filtration water tank for electrochemical milling, matched with oil-water separation and impurity filtering devices. The screw chip conveyor cooperates with the chain chip conveyor to automatically recover electrochemical residues and cutting wastes, lowering the frequency of manual cleaning and ensuring long-duration uninterrupted high-efficiency operation of the equipment.
Fully enclosed protection plus multiple safety interlocks for stable production under special electrochemical milling working conditions. The fully sealed sheet metal protection of the complete machine isolates electrolyte leakage. A full set of oil pressure, air pressure, liquid level and temperature sensors conduct real-time monitoring. Machining will be automatically locked under abnormal conditions with Chinese pop-up alarms. Multiple safety interlocks for protection doors, hydraulic systems and cooling systems guarantee safe and stable long-term batch electrochemical milling.
