Covering high‑torque to high‑speed specifications, and ranging from general‑purpose spindles to precision spindles for machining centers, the spindle units support all current CNC machine tools of Hanao, achieving serialization and industrialization of spindles.
The maximum spindle speed exceeds 10,000 rpm and the maximum torque surpasses 7,000 N·m, satisfying the performance requirements of various host machines for high‑speed operation, high torque and heavy‑duty cutting.
New technologies including spindle central flushing, air seal, oil‑air lubrication, direct‑drive transmission, tool‑release unloading, dynamic balancing and thermal elongation compensation have been widely adopted.
